FoxHall Racquet Sports \u2014 Team Management & Platform Walkthrough

Everything you need to create teams, add members and guests, and manage your roster throughout the season. Share this guide with fellow captains.

Go to Captain Portal

1. Create Your Team

  • Go to Captain Portal and click "Create Team."
  • Enter a team name (e.g. "Tuesday Pickleball").
  • Select the sport: Pickleball or Tennis.
  • An invite code is auto-generated — you'll use it to add players.
  • You are automatically added as the first member.

2. Add Players — Members

  • Click "Invite" on your selected team.
  • Option A — Invite by email: enter name, email, select "Member."
  • Option B — Add existing member: search by name or email, click "Add."
  • Members do NOT need a waiver or payment.
  • Court access is included with HOA membership.

3. Add Players — Guests

  • Follow the same invite process but select "Guest."
  • Guests MUST complete two steps before joining:
  • Sign the digital liability waiver (draw signature on screen).
  • Pay the seasonal fee: $25/season or $90/year.
  • Guests get court access, events, chat, and team features.

4. Share Your Invite Link

  • Each team has a shareable invite link with a QR code.
  • Players click the link or enter the invite code at /join-team.
  • When someone joins, you'll be notified automatically.
  • Share via text, email, or the QR code download.

5. Manage Your Schedule

  • Use "Practice & Match Schedule" to add events.
  • Create practices, home matches, or away matches.
  • Players see the schedule on their team page and calendar.
  • Click any event to view signups or edit details.

6. Communicate

  • Team Chat: real-time messaging with your roster.
  • Bulletins: post pinned announcements for the whole team.
  • Players can also direct-message you from Messages.
  • Stay active — players rely on captains for updates.

7. Track Your Roster

  • Click "Roster" to view all members and their status.
  • Statuses: Active, Invited, or Removed.
  • You can add or remove players at any time.
  • Admins and board members can also access the portal.

What Members Can Expect

Simple Signup

Create an account, complete profile, select "Member" membership.

No Waiver Needed

HOA residents are not required to sign a liability waiver.

No Seasonal Fee

Court access and all platform features are included with HOA membership.

Full Access

Court reservations, team participation, events, community chat, and direct messages.

What Guests Can Expect

Simple Signup

Create an account, complete profile, select "Guest" membership.

Digital Waiver

Review the full liability text, check the agreement box, and draw your signature.

Seasonal Fee

$25 per season (Winter, Spring, Summer, Fall) or $90 annual (save $10).

Full Access

Team participation, events, community chat, and direct messages.
